The scenario and repeatable dailies that let you use white quality fish to refill the lake are not present in Azure span currently. I didn’t see any blue post mentioning this. Apologies if I missed it some how. The other two fishing hubs have the daily available and scenario showing. Currently happening on Moon Guard but no confirmation if it’s present on other servers.

the same is true on Tich. Seems like its been missing since reset. I also havent seen any post about it.

It’s the same here on Trollbane and is cutting into my profits and i wish they would fix it soon.
It seems likely only one specialty fishing hole can be active at a time. Given how easy it is to deplete their stock even as a solo fisher, the intent seems to be to funnel players into only two locations (River Mouth + the specialty hole) to ensure they stay stocked if players are contributing and doing the dailies.
The reason I think this is intended is because the lack of Grimtusk’s hole being active doesn’t stop you from ice fishing. The same is true of lava fishing once you unlock it; you can fish them out of any lava without the pools.
I would think that, but River Mouth was up last week along with ice fishing, and lava fishing works as well currently.
River Mouth isn’t really a “specialty” fishing hole. It only requires a very trivial level of renown to access and doesn’t have a special “x fishing” skill from Iskaara tied to it. The special reagents for net and harpoon upgrades all also explicitly specify highland, ice, or lava fishing for their drop source which further reinforces that Blizzard likely sees them as different.
If that is the case, then it means anyone without the renown to utilize the fishing hole gets screwed over for that week unless they pump the renown. Seems pretty poor design there.

Yeah that’s true. I also think that’s intended though since the fishing holes themselves are account-wide unlocks. They don’t want to give new people access to everything at once.
