Does it actually drop from HoA, or do i need to spend 300cp to get it, Have run HoA 8 times today and no ice bite drop…

I got it from HoA, so yes, it does actually drop there. Are you entirely sure it’s not in your bags/mail? It IS kinda weird you haven’t gotten it yet, pretty sure I got it the first or second time I did HoA

Do you do your Maw dailies? Keep buying the conduit upgrade from Venari. I believe it’ll unlock conduits that haven’t been unlocked. I mean that’s what I read. Can’t remember how I got mine.
I believe Icy Propulsion drops in HOA, Ice bite can be purchased with Conquest.

The third one mages would want to consider for PvE is the one from Necrotic Wake (Unrelenting Cold) since it outperforms Ice Bite on 3+ targets.
