I went to do ICC Gunship and when I got to that part its just missing, the ramp is there but closing the game, resetting the instant does not seem to help at all.
Ran into this issue last week and again just now. I jumped off the platform where the ship should be and died, ran out of instance, reset all instances, logged out and back in, then it was there again. Hope that helps!
