is it me or has it gotten stronger? it seem im not possitioned right it knocks me from the chair to off the far side of the platfrom.

This is bugged it will not stack with a pet. And yes if your not in the right position you will be launched off of the throne area. To do this achievement you will need another person to bounce the plague around.
spent a total of 6 hrs trying to do this and 2 of which were trying to put a party together when i finally got a party together we did it and got the achieve mount for 25 player
fun fact crucible of flame can heal the dragon in 2 shots which works for saving her and for portal jocky when doing it solo
