Ibelin. Do we have an in-game NPC or memorial?

Is there anywhere or an NPC dedicated to Ibelin? If not we should, it would be a beautiful gesture to the spirit of what WoW is about.

I just finished watching the documentary. Very moving. And yes, there is an in-game memorial. Going there now.
