What are you doing in those battlegrounds, Shadows?

In a lot of those losses your damage is super low and from how it looks I am guessing you have a preference for base defending?

Very hard to tell from a scoreboard whether the person was carrying the team or dragging them down. That is particularly true for a rogue. A rogue playing objectives (ninja capping nodes, solo returning flags) is typically hanging around in stealth alot patiently waiting for the right time to strike.

That goes for random BGs. For rated, a rogue is probably judged by how much damage they can do spamming fan of knives into packs of people while getting heals.

TLDR: That rogue with the lowest damage on your team might actually be the MVP for your team and the reason why you won.

My profile is misleading as this character was Horde for years. The screenshot I linked is my win loss ratio for BfA as Alliance.

It’s a fair question. A fair answer is “Yes, I was guarding Mines”. Rogues are the best base sitters.

Yes, I’m usually guarding nodes because the rest of my team is too busy fighting on roads to play objectives. The road warriors always have the most HKs and damage done, but they aren’t helping us win the game.

Rogues are really good node attackers. Maybe try switching it up and going for nodes instead.

ahem I never lose a BG when I’m base sitting. Just saying! Okay that’s not true, still need my team to attack the other node. More often than not, it’s a win though :grinning:

There are others that do well too, I’m just saying from a class design aspect. XD

Paying attention and knowing what the other guy(s) will try and pull off is the best asset.

Rootbeaming the warlock (and hopefully snagging his pet) has resulted in a couple free caps. :slight_smile:
