This is false. They said they wouldn’t trust the rollout being handled by the Trump admin, and they were correct on that point.

Maybe it isn’t the messaging, but that people like yourself fall so easily for misinformation like this?

Here’s the difference, as I understand it, between traditional vaccines (which I am fully on board with) and these covid injections:

With a true vaccine, the dead virus or a fragment of it is injected which causes the bodies immune system identify it as a foreign substance and program the immune system to attack it. That way the next time the body sees it it knows exactly what to do and destroys it before it can cause damage.

With the covid shots they are using genetic manipulation to cause your bodies own cells to produce proteins that covid has which in turn causes the body’s immune system to respond. This method has NEVER been used before on humans and we simply don’t know how it will affect us long term or how it would affect pregnant women. The lack of information is why the FDA has not approved this method, only given an EUA.

I will reiterate that I am 100% behind anyone who decides to get the shot and also 100% behind anyone who decides not to as long as they made their personal decision intelligently. We’re not all clones but we all have brains and should do the research to decide for ourselves what the risks really are.

Very true. Seriously, don’t trust ANYTHING that sounds wrong when you first read it. Verify it with a second source. If you’re a right winger, verify it with a THIRD source, ideally from another country like the BBC. Since you no doubt won’t trust any of the 15 news networks that aren’t Fox.

Only one of the vaccines uses RNA. The fact that you don’t seem to know this just reinforces Paeldryths point.

That said, RNA is the way of the future but if you don’t trust it the other two vaccines don’t use that technology AT ALL.

Meanwhile, red states are literally outlawing protective measures against the spread of Covid.
