I mean thats the issue. They can either do:

  • Reskin
  • New race with an old model
  • New model

Theyre trying to use AI to get armor to look correct. I think once that happens they’ll be able to accommodate new models better.

Wings are the only thing that set Dracthyr apart. Other races are slim, have weird heads, backwards legs, and have tails. They’ve added these other races en masse with no technical limitations preventing them from doing so. One would think that only the back slot would need to be disabled.

The only issue is stubborn design philosophy. Ostensibly, they want to show off the model. Fair enough. As a compromise, if not an outright feature, they could take the same approach they did with the belt slot and apply that to the rest of the slots: just show the 3D geometric elements, none of the painted on textures.
