RW deserves the same treatment that immolation aura gets for DH. How does such a “core” ability not have its own capstone line. Instead of a row that makes our single target spender cleave why not just a row that enhances an aoe ability? Or what if BoS was the RW row and was just and upgraded version of RW.

Yes please. I’ve always wanted BoS to be replaced with a RW capstone. BoS looks horrible aesthetically for DK, and RW is very on point.
Gathering Storm is already amini BoS style buff extension mechanic that they could build on.

Needs a capstone where RW increases to a 30 Sec CD and after 8 seconds of sapping your target(s), BoS procs for a fixed 10s aoe burst that can be prolonged by RP after the fixed duration; this replaces BOS if unclear*
I’ve never found breath to be an enjoyable ST gameplay style, even when it’s not infini-breath.

You know, as weird as this sounds, Rolling RW does seem similar to BoS build that we all know and despise (or love).
They both want you to spend a metric 
ton of runes.
I’d take inspiration from Swarming Mist + the Venthyr legendary:
When Swarming Mist ends, deal damage to up 5 nearby enemies and heal you for 25% of the damage dealt. The damage is increased by 2% for every 1 Runic Power spent while Swarming Mist is active.
Change for RW:
When Remorseless Winter ends, deal damage to up 5 nearby enemies. The damage is increased by 15% every time a target is hit while Remorseless Winter is active. Stacks up to 20 times.
Replace Cryogenic Chamber with this. Give it an explosion animation. Now it’s cooler.
