The idea of subraces or whatever was neat but some of them really do just feel like barber shop options. Dark Iron has like 5 options and Dwarf has 15-20 or something.
Because different racials and whatnot, probably.
BTW, if nobody’s been pressing that button lately, the LF draenei racial can AOE nuke pretty hard at max level.
Nah, man. If you’re having fun, you should totally be playing this game.
I do for the most part. Up until I start overanalyzing the stupidest things.
Regular orcs definitely feel ahead of the mag’har in terms of customization options after the customization updates Blizzard gave to the non allied races.
I really wish they’d at least give the default orcs and the mag’har access to each others hairstyles. I really like some of the skin tone options for the mag’har, but am left disappointed whenever I come across an NPC mag’har that has one of the default orc hairstyles and I’m reminded I don’t have access to that look myself. I know its because the majority of mag’har NPC’s we interact with are actually just regular orcs with hidden/locked off customization options not available to players (you can see the brown, pale, etc skin tones as options in the wowhead dressing room for regular orcs for example), but my desire for shared hairstyles still stands!
I respect your honesty but not your perseverance.
Bro just make a new character what in the god damn hell.
I find it’s important to be honest
What if I want the name for that character? It’s already an uphill battle to find a decent enough name these days.
What’s truly dumb is they set up this cringe lightbound story arc that we save the Mag’har from when the Mag’har on Draenor are perfectly saveable considering their whole world is on the brink of collapse.
I would love to have acceess to mah’har hair on my orc.
Though i think all hair should be unlocked for all races i think orcs could rock the night elf hair. And night elves and humans could rock the mag’har hair pretty well
Most “sub race” allied race options should have been Barbershop unlocks.
Dwarf , Dark Iron, Wildhammer
Orc, Mag’har, Fel Orc
Draenei, broken, Eredar
Blood Elf, High Elf, Void Elf
You get the idea.
Making up a new name is a lot easier than paying 25 dollars.
Oh dude I was never going to spend $25 just for this. I’m way too stingy for that.
Race changes should be free, but very limited, imo. Like 1 a month.
Still waiting for Orc Paladins.
All of the Allied Races should have been customization options for the base races.
Maybe I should wait till Blizzard reveals what the Human/Orc Heritage armor is going to be. Like will the Orc one be Shaman inspired or Blademaster inspired from WC3 Reforged. Because if it’s Blademaster and I decide to go Mag’har Warrior, I’ll be pissed.
I have a Lightforged (mage, too. But I use the half-glasses. Got a librarian look going). I do use the Vindicaar beam. It’s… Fine.
There’s just so much more than can be done artistically with the idea of a light-forged being. They should be transcendent. Half-way between draenei and Naaru. Glowing crystal spines from their backs and geometric spire “wings” floating from their shoulders. Maybe make their horns crystal. Floating crystals! Intense burning eyes. Ethereal ribbons of light streaming off them! Gleaming metallic skin tones, silver, gold and copper! Crystalline skin tones!
Lightforged/Lightbound are basically the holy/Light version of a Demon hunter.
Nah, Regeneration Zandalari racial is too clutch.
Is it wrong that one of the reasons I kind of came back to WoW (other then trying out Dragonflight) was due to Draenei art?
