Yes, this would be helpful.
Talk to them mid speech.
“GET ON WITH IT!”
Get a normal lock at LK. Enter that lock on a different character. Switch to heroic and done. You will still have the 5 minutes of Arthas though.

It would be nice to have an NPC at the very start of an instance with an option to ‘disable RP’. Something like, “I’ve heard this all before, disable RP.”

There’s a lockout skip you can do so you only have to kill the LK.
Highly recommend if you’re actually farming for the mount.

I reccomend using DH for old content then using lock out skip. A DH with all easy to get speed boosts can do ICC in five minutes if they also glide down from vampire room phase through the wall all the way down to sindragosa’s platform literally ignoring that spider room.
Those are prime “bathroom break” moments tho
At least it’s not like that dialogue that happens in the first Kingdom Hearts. You all know the one. The one before you fight Riku the last time AND YOU CAN’T SKIP THE DIALOGUE. And that freaking boss fight can kill you a LOT
This was before 1.5 happened and the cutscenes were skippable

Yes! Please, let us skip RP on old content, and new (after cleared once).
The npc method seems best. That way we don’t prune content. Some people might enjoy it, even after all these years.
