Think of it like football.
Sure, we traded away a 1st round pick (Dark Irons)… but in exchange, we got a franchise quarterback (Orcs), a solid nose-tackle (Tauren), a great slashback/slot receiver (Trolls), and the best front-office that money can buy (Goblins & Zandalari).
Even our cheerleaders (Blood Elves) are the envy of the other team.
Honestly, we came out ahead in the deal.

Depends on the zone. Before I stopped leveling my Dark Iron (I’m waiting for the lvl squish to continue), there are definitely areas in the Cata zones, especially Eastern Kingdoms, that involve Dark Iron on Dark Iron violence.
