You can actually get out of Gilneas without getting bitten if you use the druid toy Nature’s Beacon. You wont ever be able to queue for dungeons though.

I am also a Glinean…there are none more loyal to our people than I. Are you suggesting that we whom bear the curse are among those that you intend to “protect us all” from?
From my point of view, the un-cursed contingent of our society…the soft and fragile ‘normal’ humans…are in dire need of our protection. We Worgen are strong, swift, and deadly. It is we who shall protect you, despite your misguided enmity.
