What you have been saying comes down to what YOU think they deserve vs what others think players who are not exactly like you deserve. There really isn’t a difference between “make the content so hard those people can’t do it” and “give them worthless gear, it’s good enough for them.” It’s all on the same continuum.

Alternative route to gearing is working as intended if you don’t have to step foot in the other end game pillar activities.

if they had say at blizzard delves would only drop 554 gear from every tier

Yeah, I won’t even bother to try m+. If I didn’t find a way to entertain the rest of the group then I’d probably bring nothing but a headache to them so I abstain.

Quite so.
Non yet, I save m+ for last, still working on pvp…
But have seen many threads on how pugging for low keys is nearly dead.
If you can’t pug low keys you can’t improve m+ score to pug higher keys

you have 24 chances without exploiting a flaw in the delves each week to get a heroic piece from a simple easy 15 minute delve, where as while M+ can be run infinitely they take 2x as long not to mention has to be a +7 and you have to find 4 others and you have a chance to not get gear at all.
yet delves are super balanced for the difficulty
oh yes, the 4% drop rate item.
may as well be non existent.
i have yet to see one drop and ive done 60 delves
Do a search for premade dungeon groups of +2.
It includes +3s with that search…but the pages just keep going…
If this is “dead” then lively must be pretty insane.

And the people who are doing delves instead of low M+ are doing the delves because they got fed up with years of declines by the M+ community.
