I’m confused by this post. You were unsubbed until you heard information that we have known for probably a year or more?

It’s a joke. I’m still not subbed.

Why did you wait this long. It’s been no secret. They’ve been discussing developing mobile games for the ip for over a year.

Also, are you confusing the fact that they are developing mobile games within the ip for them turning WoW into a mobile game? Because that’s not what is happening.

It’s more that they were like, “Don’t worry, we are making really bad games.”

This isn’t news. They told us this almost two years ago, and it doesn’t seem like they’re making a whole lot of progress on these “mobile titles” they keep referencing.

We’ll just have to see what, if anything, actually comes of this. Regardless, I’m not necessarily in the camp of “mobile = bad.”

Which is the opinion you are entitled to have, but is in no way relevant to the original post. Now I’m not sure what the point of your post is.

Anybody thats been paying attention has known they were working on a mobile Warcraft game for at least a year now.

The OP is sarcasm.

It’s less a camp and more an objective fact, though that mobile games are just… just awful. Like 20-minute horror games in portuguese.

I just watched that debacle of a video shortly after the lawsuit was announced just to keep myself grounded in how much the “fratboy” culture claim is rooted in truth.

That was the best response he could come up with after getting booed by 100’s of fans that actually paid to get into Blizzcon and hear what he had to say…

Ahhh… ok. ahem… ha ha

Gross, but not unexpected.

Your post attitude encompasses everything I’ve come to expect from a worgen avatar

No, that’s still subjective.

Without question the IOS market is incredibly cancerous right now, but that doesn’t mean that any game that gets put on mobile necessarily has to be a bad game. Ports of some of my favorite games can be found there, and I played the absolute hell out of the IOS version of Hearthstone back when it wasn’t pay2win.

It’s possible we can get a decent pet battle simulator tied to WoW on mobile. If it’s trash, then it’s trash, but I’m not so emotionally invested in the purity of WoW to preemptively claim that a WoW spinoff on IOS is going to be awful.
