I was really excited

and committed to grinding for every T2 sets after they announced them. I even leveled a class I never planned to play just to equip T2 set. But now, the event feels so limited, repetitive, and uninspired—it’s boring. All I want to do now is focus on grinding my main’s T2 set and move on.

No, I don’t want it and I feel like I don’t need it.

After the first 3 weeks it will be super ez. Just need to hit that 100 coins to unlock the achieve then you can spam farm em.

Its better after you get 100 tokens then dailies pop up, and i think the BRD bosses also start dropping them as well as timewalking bosses. Idk why they just dikdnt make this baseline.

We do have more quests incoming Tuesday.

But really, I don’t understand how it’s grindy or repetitive. We can only do weeklies once a week and get the currency account wide once a week.

That fear has people by the throat. Have to get all those sets for characters that they will never play or put right back into the closet once they get the set.

Only for a limited time! Act now! Get your chores done!

Thanks for the point out, I am still thinking why are they even limiting a limited timed event.

My main toon has 14-15 coins at this point, doing the content that I can do.

I don’t raid, don’t pug, so at this rate to get the 100, the event will be over by the time I get enough coinage.

Which given Blizzard’s announcement about this so-called celebration, is what I expected. I expected a poor event and other than seeing some entertaining bits here and there, shoving the vendors at me to show me stuff I won’t be able to buy was not a pleasure.

I assume they wanted the event to be a buggy, unrewarding mess as a throwback to classic wow.

Because otherwise, there’s no logical reason to make the event this bad on purpose in 2024.

They’re just drip feeding so they can milk you for engagement during the lull

I think that’s giving them WAAAAAAAAAY to much credit :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m sure, at the end of the “event” Blizzard will have a “change of heart” and give everyone sets for the low low price of 90 dollars each. But wait, there’s more! Act now and they’ll throw in all the sets for 500 dollars! At this price their practically giving them away!

Just do LFR, it’s not really raiding anyway.

It’s raiding in my book. I’ve done it with guildies and during Remix, but generally avoid it like the plague.

I don’t understand why they don’t have an abundance of them drop from any activity and then just cap it to like 50 this week, 50 more next week, then uncapped after. What happened to respecting our time? I don’t want to do every single lame activity to get a pitiful amount each time

Just get through the arbitrary and unnecessary time gate bro.

Yeah, LFR is just a 25 man dungeon. It really doesn’t require any more effort than a 5 man heroic does.

But to each their own. If you want to ignore content, all the power to you.

Don’t pug, so I don’t do dungeons, period. So while I appreciate your making suggestions, I’m the kind of person Delves was designed for.

Only thing I will queue up for are worldbosses and seasonal things like the Horseman.
