I began to search reviews, because I love to read. And discovered hurtful statements by the Author about white men.
I just need to hear if blizzard accepts or endorses this, because I dont feel comfortable in this community all of the sudden.

Not this again. The author has a right to make the statement she made, it’s a 1st amendment right, you have a right to not agree and not buy her book. You didn’t buy her book so it seems like everything is working as intended, we don’t need 8,000 threads about it.

There are excerpts available if you want to check it out without purchasing. I read them and was unimpressed- the writing was basically that of a run of the mill YA novel which isn’t my thing but may be yours.
It’s appropriate that a troll created this.

I’m not claiming this person should be Jailed or anything ridiculous. But I believe asking if this is representative of Blizzard is completely fair and reasonable.
I’m allowed to feel uncomfortable when subjected to hate speech.
For the record, speaking as a white male, I think the authors comments were completely off base. It was her personal twitter though, not representative of blizzard and I believe she has the freedom to believe what she wants to. I have the freedom to not buy her book and leave it at that.
Cool. Vote with your dollars is a good path.
Maybe use the search function so you don’t start yet another thread on the same subject. Presuming of course that you are not yet another sock puppet account here to spin up the same issue and clog the forum.
