Blizzard, or any company, can censor or ban you from any of their sites without reason if they so choose. Even Musk, the so called free speech advocate, bans people all the time on x/twitter.

My point is that its annoying to see threads that were created 2+ months ago, not seeing a post for quite some time and then seeing a 2 months later that is followed up by you and then you doing it to every thread that talks about Wrath era, it gets to the point that its spam at that point and any time I see a Wrath era thread that where there is a gap of a month between the last post and your post, I instantly mute the thread.
If you want a thread about Wrath era servers then go create it, I wont instantly mute that, trying to boost its popularity by necroing threads isnât going help it in all reality, all it does flood the sub forum and doesnât boost its popularity, someone at Blizzard where whose job is to parse through the forums for feedback and then send them to their proper team working on this already has seen this thread a couple of times already.
Problem with the whole keep WOTLK around forever narrative is when it was around during ICC the whole place quickly became a raid log ghost town. Started in Uld, got worse in TOGC, was getting really obvious in ICC, and was an undeniable truth by the end of ICC and Ruby.
You will always have some people that want forever insert expansion name here but the truth is it never will be a ton outside of possibly OG vanilla and that is mostly because all the content from that era is still meaningful and has reason to be played after the next phase/tier hits so its still a lot of game.
Honestly itâs even worse because theyâre just kinda patching this all together and then leaving it as is and moving forward lol.
Moonglade guards still kill players who port in on the quest to start Hyjal.
The âFurious Hyjal Wardensâ still rush players as they port in to Nordrassil. Getting knocked off the Molten Front during pvp puts you in the air but the air is âwaterâ so youâre stuck swimming around until you hearth and have to fly back. Just finished 28 days of dailies to get my Flameward Hippogryph which is using the swim animation while flyingâŚ
They donât care what average classic players wants. This has become âtune the raid to where the streamers and sweaty guilds want them, theyâll blast through it and get other people wanting to play. Then those people will bang their heads against the wall until we get the next phase ready for the sweaties to play with for a week.â

Its rng doesnât get better. I know that from solo 1 shots in retail. My final run before I gave up the rng after months was when SL allowed undead pet taming. I wanted the 1 or 2 in ICC lol. That at least was a deterministic reward to the run.
And if like the era forever, it not have features. Like token. So blizzard would get confusing numbers.
Lots of players raid logging to go to regular classic. To token the game. Or retail.
I keep harping on it but for some if not many, they like their free extra game. I mean I even dip into SoD or Era HC once in while. But my mauâs show clearly I am here for cata. Would these be pure $15 on their own? For many beyond the die hard purists,

Its a fact. First expac to end with far less subs than it began with and it lost subs almost the entire way through.

Doesnât mean that Cataclysm caused the downfall of WoW, itâs still a very successful game. All sub numbers prove is that those players didnât want to continue playing for X reason, those reasons could be anything from not liking the direction of the game, not having enough time for the game, not wanting to spend more money on more accounts and just cutting down to one or simply lost interest/no longer enjoying the game anymore and moved on.
With WoW only ever going up during Vanilla, TBC and WotLK with it also plateauing in WotLK it was bound to crash sooner or later. I can say with certainty that the year long duration of ICC contributed to WoWâs decline in Cataclysm to some extent as well. T11 lasting this long is already cause some people to quit until Firelands or just quit altogether already so to imagine a year long phase where people have nothing to do but to raid ICC as their content sounds so boring.
Well I find it equally annoying to see people commenting on how annoying it is that I comment on wrath classic and how much I want it. Trust me. I find that soooooo annoying.

There are many reasons on why would someone unsub from WoW, either they donât enjoy the game, dont have enough time to play anymore, other games taking their time away from WoW, bored, etc. Sub count isnât really an indication of success or failure.
I dont think using sub numbers as a way to determine whenever an expansion is a success or not is not ideal given multiple reasons alone that we simply dont have access to see why. By that logic, expansions post WotLK would be failures if we go by off of sub numbers.

It is spam, It has gotten to the point that I had to mute 9 threads in the cataclysm classic sub forum to get rid of it.
Then share your thoughts and perspectives by making a new thread, I and pretty much everyone else here dont want to see a thread from 2+ months ago (If there is any? those 9 are locked and there is only one that is unlocked).
Iâm not against the conversation of Wrath era by any means though I do have my opinions that I have already had my fill and not interested at the moment but Iâm not going around and saying you dont want Wrath era because we already had it months ago.

Replaying Wrath made me realize most of what I disliked about Cata was introduced in Wrath⌠so no thanks
