Depends. With Inferno, spamming Rain of Fire does work and does yield more embers than immolate and incinerate 
They can but it requires the whole tree to be designed around their combined existence, and the zero opportunity cost option has to be about 30% worse. For some specs itās easier to do than others, destro would be extremely hard though because of how different their AoE and ST spells are.

Yes but you need to hit a critical mass of target for that. I was trying to avoid āDestro in 10+ target AoEā because itās a very unique case.

I just donāt see any reason not to be courteous. If I didnāt have the time I wouldnāt be here and while I may not be on board with the allocation of resources required to undertake such a series of changes (Especially when specs in their current iteration need as much work as they do in places) but thereās still perspective to provide and insight where applicable.
As for keeping up appearances, Iāll rarely be the first in a conversation to turn sour but Iām not above throwing jabs whereā¦ letās not say approprite, but warranted.
But how do you put up with repeating yourself so many timesā¦my frustration comes from: itās an easy concept to understand, multiple people have explained it in many different ways. You have to get it by now, and they still cant grasp it.

Honestly I donāt think they donāt grasp it, I think it just requires pre knowledge / a predisposition to think about the game in a way that both isnāt necessary and frankly isnāt enjoyable to many people.
I donāt want you speaking about how to fix Shamans or DKs.
