I know they are very good pvp and pve characters once they get geared up and I love the idea of being a rage controlling knight using huge twohanders.
My issue is the talents, I am not 100% sure what talents are useful and which ones are pointless for an arms warrior. I know mortal strike was a must have for pvp and certain raid bosses who could heal themselves so I know I need to reach that specific talent.
Not so sure about the rest.
Theres tons of guides out there if you look that will tell you what builds to go and how to vary them for certain encounters.
Just Google, Vanilla Warrior Spec Guide

I’d like to add, YouTube has a ton of good info on leveling/end game specs for many classes.
Like already mentioned, just Google vanilla warrior guides or talents. When you see a 31/20 talent spec, it’ll be the one you are looking for.
for most part, warriors wont be raiding with a 2h spec as all would be fury till later phases. Google Warrior Vanilla Specs
Or, you know, pick the ones you like and think are good rather than just grabbing a guide and parroting what they said, just follow the basic 31/20 guideline since that’s how it all works.
31/5/15 raided all the time.
As a tank.

Grinding grinding grinding…
It’s kinda sketchy to bring an arms warrior to a raid. They have less dps than a fury and also take up a debuff slot with mortal strike. A casual guild might allow it but you won’t get your Dark Edge of Insanity that way. It’s a tough situation.
BTW 2h fury is very strong dps on Horde side. It’s probably better than dual wielding if whirlwind is able to hit more than 1 target.
Found a few videos on the subject, they did say just go 31-20 as the spec, and I found out how useful anger managment and crit stacking with axes is so thats good lol. Thanks for all the suggestions guys!
YES. 31/5/15 was the bomb for tanking. I did this through BWL.
In spite of conventional wisdom, if you have friends they will play with you so long as you are anywhere near viable.
I often ran instances as a priest with friends tanking as bear or prot pally spec, or warriors NOT prot spec.
Maybe not top end elitist raiders, but even back then they were a small percentage of the whole community.
If ya want to play something do so, ya don’t need permission from others to do it or to feel good about it.
That is freedom for you; Isn’t it?

Be who you want to be young worgen, no one should dictate your warrior.

This is what I went for: classic.wowhead (dot) com/talent-calc/warrior/BSNzf9AEAzPDMAA
I didn’t fill up deflection or Enrage because I will be doing far more pve raids and dungeons over pvp so I shouldn’t be getting trash on me unless I am stealing aggro
I went with a build that focuses on crits and rage generation along with hitting lots of enemies and having a reduced execute cost for higher hp enemies and improved charge for just a bit more rage.
Multiple target hits + Crit strikes + deep wounds sounds like something I want to do.
I dont like the idea of reducing my crit output for more parry percentage and an ability that requires me to get crit shot by npc in a raid or dungeon setting. I can see how getting crit shot by sitting in normal pve is useful especially with me wanting to run troll but idk I hope I am not pulling that much aggro.
they are good with gear like in retail you will need raid gear.
Except a worgen, cuz Classic and worgens were just hobos in the forest that were mercilessly and mindlessly hunted.
They were just misunderstood.
