Every time i do a raid i keep hearing people doing emotes from cool phrases i have hear in game before. Is it a macro a toy or what? I have searched the web and found nothing.

There’s a toy from the store that summons an ethereal that changes you look like a random NPC and yell their phrases. Anyone can talk to the guy and get changed in group.

/flirt and so on…as Motors told you. Explore the left side of your chat window. Eventually you will come across the voice emotes.
