Is there another Blizzard-support official venue that’s available for the trading of TCG mounts for gold?

Check the Achievements forum. Sellers usually advertise there.

The more expensive TCG mounts go for more than gold cap, so you won’t find them on the AH anywhere.

That wouldn’t be very useful here because the Magic Rooster Egg sells for multiple gold caps, far more than can be done through the auction house which is limited to only 9,999,999g 99s 99c
Also there’s the 5% AH cut
Nowadays you’re basically required to find a trustworthy individual with whom to do the exchange, or pay somebody to do it for you, seeing as how it requires multiple transactions which aren’t enforced by Blizzard.

Ah, like i said, used to be, I got all my tcg mounts in cata and MOP I guess they werent as rare then. /shrug

Yes, back in Mists it was only like 80-300k for most of them.

meh they were still very expensive. I paid I think 700 or 800k for my swift spectral tiger. that was a lot back then.
