The possibility is there. A single player experience for players to have in the Warcraft universe. Caters to solo players specifically but allows for a multiplayer framework.
Build your own base/town. Gear up. Kill mobs. Defend your base. Delve into dungeons. Take on big baddies.
Why not? It would be something different from Blizzard. There is a community to be found for that. Just have to shoot for it.
That would be cool. Sadly it would probably be an app game where building would be enough until the meeting where they are convinced city v city for cash is the way to go…or:frowning:
i am playing V rising now and its fantastic with the bloodcraft mod (making the game like a MMO), the only thing they need to release is a game editor for world of warcraft and let the players to be creative in custom servers.
The way to make this happen is to design it yourself, download a compiler for your favorite computer language, write it and get it working, form a company and release it to the public.
That’s basically the way all these games come to life.
Anything themed Valheim would be good. That game is just good period.
All the good games right now are pushed back until next May and have incredibly slow dev time. But the result is a completely polished product and games with massive scopes that also support modding and have some type of co-op feature.
A lot of games coming out now, even if they’re AAA, are either missing a co-op, polish or mod support so they just don’t scratch the itch.
