I miss my old green and black glyph of demon hunting and I miss my green and black meta form I worked so hard for in MoP. I want both to return as toys and or be directly linked to a achievement that possibly requires having done green fire before WoD which we did get a achievement for. to possibly keep it rare enough it doesn’t interfere enough with what ever it was that made blizzard remove the ability. So many Druid glyph became toys or buyable cosmetic spells in legion so why can’t we locks have the same treatment with our long lost meta forms and our lovely lovely wings

For that matter, can we get a means of having floating soul shards that aren’t client side?
just curious as to why you think this is something good? I don’t mind having them client side - ya no one comments on it or anything but I know I have them and that makes me happy. Just wondering what benefit it could have for others to see - not questioning you in a negative - just morbid curiosity.
I’m not who you were speaking to, but I can comment on this.
Its a visual enhancement to the warlock class. We used to ignite when we had a lot of burning embers back in MoP, and it looked amazing. As the warlock was ramping up he would be wreathed in fel flames. It was an amazing part of how you looked. Then it was taken away like a lot of the old warlock visuals and given to other classes.
Soul shards floating above you could be the same way. I use the fel soulshards, and it looks amazing with my transmog (Not at the moment, Trial of Style got me good). That, and it has the added benifit of no other classes can possibly steal it away.

Because I Roleplay with others, I like how they look, and I used to incorporate them into mog. I want my character to look good and I want others to see my character as I see my character.
IMO this is an MMO - why bother spending the gold on a glyph that others can’t even see? That feels utterly pointless to me.

This. I went from using my Dreadsteed on a daily basis to never using it at all - haven’t summoned him since 7.0 prepatch.

perfectly reasonable response, I was just curious. I agree the RP aspect of it matches well (as I am all fel green I would like my fel-green shards to shine also) and as the poster above you responded as well - I did LOVE the ignite effect the more we stored our burning embers. Little things like that did add flavor so I get where you are coming from.
