I agree with this. I think content should never be removed. However, we’re not talking about the content, we’re talking about the rewards.
Rewards =/= content.
Got to love when you’re being civil, and just disagreeing, that someone somewhere will call you negative or pessimistic. I just don’t expect Blizzard to add back in any of the rewards for seasonal pvp/pve or challenge mode content. That isn’t being negative. I even said more than once, I would love if they did, but here we are.
I got rejected from a +20 key and the leader whispered me and said it was because I didn’t have the mage tower bear form. I don’t get people.
Rewards are simply one part of the content. Why should a new player not be allowed to earn the same cosmetics if they do an appropriately scaled challenge now?
Warlock green fire is the gold standard for how this stuff should’ve been handled. The achievement and title are locked away but the actual fire itself isn’t. I’d be interested to see the challenge itself get scaled as well, but the way the reward is handled is the ideal.
Then I don’t understand what you’re arguing if you think the green fire was done correctly.
You can do the MT but you can’t get the reward for doing it while current.
That the mage tower should have a feat of strength/title for those who did it in legion but the rewards should otherwise be available to this day?
Seems like a pretty simple position to me.

A title was never the end reward though, it was the weapon skins. Legion was not about getting a title, it was about empowering our weapons.
And the OP has a recolor of the werebear but apparently that’s not good enough.

Is textbook pessimism. And that is an attitude I will never understand when it comes to game design.
This is a much more civil and evenhanded way of putting it.
But it still doesn’t matter. I’m not asking them to add back challenge mode content. I’m asking for more werebear forms. 
I guess after playing all these years, I just look at things like the Corrupted Ashbringer. It is an item removed from WoW that will never be added back, confirmed by lead game designers. Following that logic, I think it is safe to apply it to all challenge mode content. Blizzard’s perfect time to reintroduce all the original mage tower things has passed, if they were going to do it, it would have been with the reintroduction of the newer mage tower.
I’m not hopeful they will add those things back into the game, but I don’t think that makes me a negative person. I’m just trying to say, in short, I always temper my expectations so I am not let down.
I have it… Not against bringing it back. I think people get way too attached to this stuff.
I mentioned a fel werebear back before it was announced and Id say a fire theme or something ala primalist would be cool.

I’m not trying to insult your attitude or call you an exceptionally negative person. I just think that saying “you’ll never get what you want” is a pessimistic outlook and it’s one that I don’t share. On any topic really.
Some people think it’s childish to think “well maybe something good will happen to me” but I don’t share that sentiment either.

Yeah, I see the quest item for the Corrupted Ashbringer in 10.1.5. I don’t think it’ll be the actual item itself though. If it is, then who knows, anything could be possible. Until I see it, I don’t believe it or expect it to happen.
I was very disappointed when they announced the new mage tower and only guardian druids got a recolor. I have the original mage tower glaives, but new colors would have been awesome and I wouldn’t have cared if people earned them.
I’m just waiting patiently for those furbolg elemental forms to become bear forms in the future. Be a shame to let them go to waste once DF ends.

I kind of want playable gnolls too. I think a werebear form could be their base bear form for druids, sharing the skeletal rigging at least.
Now this is something I have never understood. But as a long time ride-or-die horde player, gnolls have never felt that interesting to me, I assume they have more appeal because they were alliance villains.
I could see gnoll werebear Druids with spotty patterns though. Would be cool

I just really like their new DF models, that is all. Before that, they were not interesting to me either. Their new models and the new furbolg models though? I love 'em.

Maybe calm down and understand that not everyone wants prestige rewards removed from the game.
If you’re going to make nonsensical gaslighting comments, then no sense in attempting to talk to you.

It’s not really a prestige item. I just see it and think “that person played Druid 6 years ago”
