I used my Paid Time Off for nothing? lol

Dope. Love knowing I can’t take this time back because it’s now been accounted for and covered TODAY. I literally got my notice TOOOODAAAAY. Now I’m wasting a complete week from absolutely nothing come the 26th. Thanks blizz.

I feel bad for all the folk that are sitting in the same boat as I am right now. It blows knowing we are going to be sitting on our thumbs that week waiting for absolutely NOTHING.

its only for nothing if you do nothing with it.

Honestly it’s a little ridiculous to take time off for a game release anyways. What were you going to do, burn through leveling in two days and then spend the other five complaining about how endgame isn’t open yet?

This is a you problem.

edit
let me amend this statement before I get another dozen replies

It’s a little ridiculous to take time off for an online game release in 2020 and then get mad about it

Don’t have any other hobbies or games to play?

Just relax.

Same. I can still change the dates, but more than likely the week of new release will already be taken by someone else

Sounds like you have a free week for a spur of the moment trip.

Do you realize how broken the state of Shadowlands is currently? Did you read the beta feedback forum?

The game is basically broken in this point. Be glad that it’s delayed rather than receiving a WoD/BFA 2.0

Moreover, it’s risky. Game launches are rarely ever smooth. The servers were down for almost an entire day back in WoD.

OP… that sucks. Seriously.

Prepatch will be up. You’ll have the opportunity to zombie your brains out. Or get used to your class again after they make everything you know wrong.

Nobody forced you to take paid time off. You can blame others all you want but in the end it’s you who chose to do it.

Maybe take that time to go outside and experience the real world for once. Go on a vacation or a camping trip

Ah yes, lots of exciting things to be doing now with Covid right? I’m sure he’ll be happy to have no days off left for when SL launches.

Any of the folk in the same boat as you need to discover hobbies other than wow or therapy.
