I understand now why the caverns is dead

No other loot at all? No Dragon Isle Resources? No gold? No items of any kind? Just but a single drake fragment?

That’s why I think the people crying about getting aspect crests in high keys and wanting wyrm after they cap are just outrageous as raid is a set number weekly as well.

Sometimes yes. It’s rare but can happen.

I started back last week and have been catching up with 10.7 and now 10.1 stuff. I figured only a couple weeks in the 10.1 stuff would still be packed and it would be easy to catchup and everything but…I was wrong.

Im lucky that my server isn’t too bad and it seems like killing rares theres usually 3-6 people at each rare, but man these rares have WAY too many HP. Im lucky as well that I play a Paladin so I can just go Prot and can solo whatever, but it literally takes 20 minutes per fight. The HP of the mobs needs to be severely nerfed.

Also the rewards need to be increased. At the very least letting them be a faction hit would be a good start. Also, for those of us who don’t play constantly and can be on and off. I still dont have my first 4 reps maxed yet with Valdraken being at 24 atm and everything else being around 20.

Where are the catchup reps? I saw 10.7 had some catchup mechanics, but why was this not extended to 10.1?

I dunno. Were only a few weeks in to 10.1 and the caverns seems pretty dang empty outside of Tuesday resets. Seems off to me.

It’s one of the fastest and easiest gearing systems I’ve ever seen in wow. People will complain about literally anything.

There is no difficulty gating (e.g., getting 2400 to unlock max upgrade) and maxing out crests each week is effortless if you simply play the game at a reasonable level. Doing a couple dungeons a day and a bit of raiding is enough.

The loot from playing the game has been migrated over to the weekly login reward Great Vault.

I personally like the system and think its rewarding enough

Gearing is fast, but gear only carries content like this so far. There should be more incentives to keep killing rares daily. Heck, even if they all gave 50-ish rep per kill per day, that would get things pretty active again throughout the week. Even half that rep would be nice. Fragments and a paltry amount of flightstones (and the rare dragon customization drops) aren’t really sustainable.

Stop being dumb and join a group that deletes bosses every minute. And cap your stones and get enough crests to be annoyed you don’t need em anymore. Or complain because that’s all you want to do.

Because oddly enough there is a large group of players that only like to play solo in the open world and they need things to look forward to. Though I agree 1-per is so stupid… 3 would make much more sense.

We do not need all BiS week 1
We do not need full upgrade prior to even looking at the raid and furthermore: This system is fsr far more engaging and cool.than valor upgrade. (Veteran/champion/hero) is slightly confusing st first but notnat all once you understand the m+ grouping for loot.

It also explains (for.majority of players) you are no5 getting into 16+ (and we see only those really)

So it’s working exactly as intended. You have the option to grind, but grinding doesn’t reward you well enough that it feels mandatory. So this post is… praising Blizzard for achieving perfect balance?

It’s sounds like you’re complaining about not being geared and ready to raid log within the first 2 weeks. You should try a different game.
