It’s been so long, I don’t remember all of the details, but there was some really janky stuff you could do with trades between players - but you could potentially lose your game files if you messed it up.
Create IV 5 Pokémon through breeding. Not every Pokémon is the same, they have hidden stats.
IV 5 Pokémon in the right stats are essentially super Pokémon.
