There a calendar in game that you can look for events and when they coming

Timewalking is every third week.

It was never every weekend. It cycles as a weekly event.

5/13 - 5/20 — Vanilla Timewalking
6/3 - 6/10 — BC Timewalking
6/24 - 7/1 — Wrath Timewalking

Ugh I’m gonna miss Timewalking next weekend, Blizzard better compensate me for this by giving me a free 80 boost
