I would still report it even if blizzard doesn’t care anymore but maybe microsoft will fire some people and make blizzard care again.

Blizzard needs to disable Archon immediately. They are requiring a $25 a month Patreon subscription to access the addon. This is against Terms of Service. Please do something about this ASAP.

a lawsuit? thats basically the only way. if they are US based.

I can read. I also know that addon developers can have money donated to them.

Do you see how this could create a conflict of interest should they say “No you can’t charge” versus “You can ask for donations”?

Blizzard has drawn the line at “You can’t charge someone to download your addon and it still needs to work for the most part without charging.”

There’s only a single word that needs to be read to make it cut and dry:
