Sarcasm is not easily translatable online without emojis to accompany them or something like (sarcasm) to denote sarcasm right afterwards. That sentence can very very easily be misconstrued as seriousness by any stranger. So maybe it is not someone else being sensitive that is the problem, but your inability to realize when it is appropriate to be sarcastic! :slight_smile:

At least my gut reaction isn’t to immediately ragequit a party any time I feel the slightest bit offended over something.

A slight bit of sarcasm of a mispelling shouldn’t result in that, and no, I shouldn’t need to handle everyone in a game where most of us are adults with baby gloves.

I stand by my original post. People on this realm in general need to stop being so overly sensitive. Even coming from roleplaying realms on FFXIV, I almost never see this kind of behavior, whereas here it seems common for everyone to get riled up over the tiniest of things.

I had a hunter hearth out and leave group on an UIdaman run because an item nobody wanted dropped and I said “Hunter loot imo”

He started flipping out saying he wasn’t a ninja looter blah blah blah and left the group. We were all like “Ummm… what just happened?”

I for one enjoyed the style of that post. But do continue to reinforce our boogeyman image. I like the thought that most of the server checks under their bed for The Enclave before they fall asleep.
