I think it's time for Blizzard to release Druids for the Draenei

Humans make more sense since Worgen druids were human druids before becoming infected.

That’s super… vague.

I won’t ever get weirdos like this that throw nerd tantrums when people ask for things they don’t personally want. It’s really pathetic.

Wait till you play a board game with people who insist on playing a evil race but that their member is really misunderstood and is a quirky unique example of how they are all really good on the inside.

Its worse then a pally arguing stand your ground law with you over why he totally isn’t an oathbreaker for caving in a child’s skull for tripping on him.

Shamans and druids need to have more options. End of story.

Shamans were pretty much a given after DF’s storyline and how it easy they made it seem possible that other races can be taught-given elemental powers.

Gnome Druids. They transform into bear cubs and kittens.

Money in the bank.

Well, it’s how Blizzard described different characters becoming druids. Tauren and Maflurion, for example, showed the aptitude to become druids.

If you think about it it makes perfect sense. If anyone could be a druid then the entire game would be overrun with druid npcs.

Instead of adding more racial options how about making the options we do have more unique. And for more classes like Priests, Paladins, anywhere it makes sense.

Like for druids each race has its own shapeshifting forms you could make each race visually distinct for other classes. Take priests for example, a NE priest worships Elune not the Light. Their priest spells should have moon, star, and astral visuals instead. Similarly Tauren Paladins would have sun based spells instead.

You could go on and on with this. Mechanically all the spells would still work the same obviously. Matching up the visual effects for cultural and religious differences for each race/spec would add a huge amount of variety to the existing race/class combo’s in a way just adding more generic combo’s wouldn’t.

And this would bring us closer to the lore, not destroy it further.

Well, no. Druids have a varying degree of skill, so characteristics like aptitude would separate the mediocre from the talented.

We could turn around this assumption the other way. Since anyone can be a Warrior, the entire game should be overrun with warrior NPCs.

Well, yes, they do which is why most NPCs are rogues, warriors, hunters, etc. They’re not special and anyone can do it.

Blizzard made druids special, which is why they’re rare.

But they aren’t rare… Druids are everywhere. In almost every war there’s been druids IN them.

The War of the Satyr and Worgen were all druids, lol.

They’re rare compared to everyone else.

Look dude, you know that if you “win” this argument you’re not going to get Draenei druids, right? Or whatever kind of druid you’re after? These types of discussions always devolve into someone foaming at the mouth to be right when there’s no point. For some reason Blizzard is holding this class close to the chest. I’m just telling you what I’m reading and it seems like a character has to have the aptitude to be a druid. Oh and Blizzard deciding the race can get that class.

Well as far as Blizz goes I think it has more to do with not wanting to spend the $ on art assets making more druid forms than any care they have about lore.

Yes that absolutely is a possibility. Matter of fact, I think you’re right.

There is a small remnant of Fauna and Flora in what is left of Argus, so with their new home being the Mist Islands, an isolated archipelago, they could try to maintain and preserve this remnant and these surviving species, which managed to resist the void and the fel.

So in homage to these living beings and still showing a link to their home planet.

The feline form would be the Phantaras of Argus, the Bear form would be a variation of the Warp Stalker, it would be easier for Blizzard to put the bear animations in a coherent way in place of the Elekk, and the Draenei also created some and even use a variation of it as a mount.

The land travel form: Talbuk and Elekk of Argus
Aqua: Marsuul
Flight: Mana Rayz.

The shape of the Moon could be inspired by the Argus Moths, it would be quite different.

You want to have a discussion or not? Or are you just going to revert to the non-argument ‘It’s BlizZaRd’S DecISion’, or resort to ad-hominem?

Every point you made that was about the lore is not reflected in the game.

Drakthyr should be able to be druids as well.

Ysera’s green dragon flight were always best friends with the druids. As Drakthyr are chromatic and can use nature magic, the relationship to druidism is obvious.

We already have the Gilneans, and the Kultirans, do you really want another human?
do you really want to make the fantasy game boring…

Humans turning into animals and shooting space lasers making the game boring?

Team panda druids.

Give humans druids cause a moonkin fell in love with some dude back in legion.

When we are going to a third variation from human to druid yes, totally.
