Okay-I admits that I only completed the quest line for two characters, but I still think it is too long, the reputation of two factions, 30 blood, two raids, each needs two weeks to collect quest items, now It’s 9.1, and 9.1.5 is coming soon-maybe it’s time to simplify some tasks?
For example, cancel the prestige requirement? Or cancel the acquisition of part of the quest items?
I don’t care that this quest line can be like mount at 9.1.5. One character can complete it, and the other characters don’t need to do it again, but to be honest, I think it can be made simpler.

I’m indifferent about this. I want it on the rest of my characters (I got it on 3 classes) and I don’t mind the length of quest line since the reward is pretty unique. However, I really wouldn’t mind if it was made faster. At the very least maybe they should make the raid portions completable in one raid lockout.
Maybe a skip for all rep requirements on alts. Otherwise I kind of like the adventure to it.

I’m good with the quest line itself… The rep. grind is a little much these days.
When they did the Rep boosts at the end of BFA, I spent a chunk of time just doing Legion rep on alts I might want to do this on one day… But, that was only a handful of classes. Think I’ve done the quest line 3-4 times now?
Remove the rep. requirements, and I’d be happy!
You can just not do this, as you don’t need the cosmetic associated with it. It’s that simple.

You’ll be able to buy rep tokens with Legion Timewalking in 9.1.5 so it’ll already be easy enough.

I’d like it to either be account wide, or remove the rep requirement. I don’t mind doing the raids, I don’t like doing the rep on every toon that I want the reward for.
The bad part are the reps. Doing the dungeons is not that annoying, but farming reps on alts over and over is terrible.

I’ve done it multiple times now. It’s not that bad. You need 2 factions rep for your class hall outfit as well, so you could just plan it all out together.
It’s all just cosmetics. It’s like saying droprate of old mounts should be higher now. At least it’s 100% sure you get the appearances once you’re done.
I’ve done it on many characters. It’s already simple.
Doing it is easy.
Doing 15s for each class without a really lenient guild/social circle or desire to get boosted for a timed 15 (regardless of season difficulty) is the hard part for a balance of power skin.
Every balance of power appearance that you earn once for one class will always be available for transmog on an alt of the same class. But you have to earn it for each class once. Sorry sometimes you just gotta do the work. Least you still can. It could be worse. It could be mage tower. Hahaha suckers. 
And for the record I’ve done it on warlock, mage, death knight, demon hunter, Druid, and almost shaman soon. It’s doable. A little patience can be rewarding.
If they don’t wanna make it account wide, fine. But they should at least get rid of the rep grinds attached. That is insane for a questline that was 2 expansions ago.
