And when it was current content people hated legion because it was too much of a grind
People always wish something back when they bashed and thrashed the expansion to nothing
I’d give it 6 months more after 9.1 and people will be wishing for BfA back

Exhibit A is Uldir gear. Thats what replaced our tier sets and good looking armor. Pathetic.

People don’t want the AP grinding back, or the Legion random roulette. They want to solo old content that they were able to at the end of BfA. They were also told that even with the level squish they should be able to solo everything they had been able to solo before. But since you’ve been in these threads all day I’m sure you knew exactly what they were referring to when people talk about Legion content.

See, this is the thing. I feel like, with the exception of MoP and (maybe) Legion, it’s all been downhill since WotLK. I often feel that whatever came before is better than what we have now. ATM, I’d much rather level characters in old content than play SL. I liked BfA better than SL, Legion better than BfA, and MoP better than WoD.
Take that for what it’s worth, I suppose, considering that I’m mainly a solo player.

This week I will grant is a good week to break it up.
Only because of TBC timewalk. I will be going glaive hunting. Its just odd the high point of this week is a tbc based content.
SL will be souls and anima. Oh and failing horribly, again, to get my rogue her memory in ToP.

I SOOO wish they would bring back the class armor sets. Each having a unique flavor that represents their class. Take CN: as a priest I wouldn’t want to look like a plaguebringer. Or if I was a druid the leather set doesn’t fit. I know transmog is there if you don’t like those options, but it was nice when each class got a set that fit their rp instead of just a generic cloth, leather, mail, and plate.

We went from a heavily borrowed power expansion with extreme OP corruption effects to another that doesn’t have as much borrowed power yet, that what was carrying us to solo legion content like a breeze
This is what ion said about at the end of shadowlands we would be easily soloing things

I ment just legion content in general, you could still grind really cool artifact weapons and tints. So much more detail in those weapons than Shadowlands weapons

Players were soloing mythic legion content before 8.3 (which 8.3 was by far the most impactful borrowed power). In addition, in 8.2 there wasn’t a Legacy buff that was active for Legion content and yet players were still able to solo it. We are now two expansions removed from the content so a Legacy buff should allow us to solo it with ease, especially since before the squish we could when there WASN’T a Legacy buff. In addition, we have borrowed power now in the form of soulbinds, conduits, and covenant abilities. Those, plus the Legacy buff should allow for soloing without issue, and yet there clearly is. But again, you’ve been through these threads all day so you already know exactly what I’m talking about. You also know that Blizz said players should be able to solo anything after the squish they could before, which is not the case.

I was baffled by the Uldir sets. The removal of class sets was soooo unwell-received and they had to really hit it out of the park for their excuse of basing the sets off the raid and focusing on them would hold any merit. Aaaaaaand they release that.

Me too it made a huge difference when stacking stats with it
I’ll miss having 200+% mastery, I still have my corruption gear in the void storage
Which is no where the same vs the heart of azeroth
If blizzard themselves we should be fine by the end of SL for soloing content then I’d take their word
Besides it’s best to save legacy content for the end of expansion drought
