Not sure what to check next what to do in game to complete it.
Anyone know or is there an addon to track flying ready ability?

Flying is an achievement reward… find it in exploration/shadowlands
OP if you need help I can fly you around and such if you need it 
Just checked my achievements and I explored it all.( all green check marks)
So If I saw everything I can just mount up or do I have to visit a NPC?
Just logged in and got on flying mount and unable to fly.

Update:
I just also watched the defeat video from High Lord Bolvar.
Game can be buggy… perhaps log off and back on?

Looking at your profile here, it doesn’t give you credit for the achievement…
Unlocking the secrets.
You need the achievement unlocking the secrets.
You need the achievement Unlocking the Secrets to get ZM flying, which you don’t have.
The part you seem to be missing is the Firim scrolls achievement Tales of the Exile

Wowhead has a page that tells you what you need to do. even has scripts you can run to see if youve done some of them

tales of the exiles is the one i missed, once i found out that is what i needed it took about 15 min on ground mount to complete
LOL…i was doing something the other day…and bear in mind I decided NOT to try to get flight over the check list of crap again…and something fired off…two achieves if memory serves.
Well i have a macro that brings up flying mounts where I can fly and my WoD wolf mounts where I cant. I banged the button not really thinking anything was different. lol. Evidently I accidently got flight with something I had just done. Not even really sure what achieve was the one that did it.

I’m working on Adventures in Zereth Mortis. I’ve gone to several places where things are suppose to be. But nothing comes up. Are there dailies or world quests you have to pick up before you can complete any of them?
