What’s your point? Some of us enjoy soloing old content to get pretty clothes. It takes multiple runs on multiple characters to get everything. We should be able to easily solo raids from two expansions ago, full stop. This has always been the case, but now all of a sudden the powers that be have a problem with it and want to put a stop to it, as if it wasn’t enough that they gutted the value of old gear. Yet another case of “Blizz detects fun, Blizz nerfs fun.”
I have to assume this is intentional. They probably set some benchmark for soloing material to slow the farm. Maybe you will be able to solo it with 9.1 gear or 9.2 gear?

problem is, the scalings broken. We aren’t getting the legacy buff. Took me so long to down Gul’dan on normal I was expecting an enrage timer.And it’s not just Legion either, mythic HFC is harder, and some BFA stuff is harder than when we were at it’s level.
You being bad at pvp and being killed by rogues has nothing to do with this topic.
Why? Why the hell should that be a big “maybe”? No… it should be an absolute yes then and a very likely right now

How does “having a friend” fix a “soloing” problem, especially when the problem didn’t exist until prepatch?

I don’t want to drag my friends with me to do things I could do in the past on my own and at odd hours in the day.
Also blizzards stance was that for two expansion past content should be soloable easily.

I was soloing heroic Nighthold back in BFA. This is a problem of the scaling ability for legacy raids not working for legion right now.

As far as the topic goes. Yeah its bs and I sincerely hope that fixing the legacy buff in old content is addressed quickly. Though I do not and did not expect them to get to that by now. Theyve got their hands full with shadowlands atm.

And which ones were you soloing & were you soloing the entire raid? Where you doing it on mythic? Because you’re not getting passed mythic KJ or around half the Antorus bosses on Mythic without them removing some mechanics. I ask because I’m seeing a lot of people complain about ToS & Antorus.
I’ll give you EN, ToV & NH on mythic though.

Considering farming old transmog is one of the TOP hobbies of a vast portion of the playerbase, it should be high priority. Soloing everything that is more than one expac old has been the norm for at least 7 or 8 years. Anyone saying anything different is a flat-out liar.

Don’t I know it. Lmao. Anyone with half a brain can tell they flubbed it like they always do. Its just going to take some time for them to actually allocate the resources to actually fix it.
People just blindly accept whatever and then even like, nastily defend and say how this is on purpose. You notice how they all shut up once it actually changes tho, because you never hear that again.
Until the next time they do a stat squish anyway. shrug
I was hoping for some of the really cool transmogs from legion. But I’m patiently waiting for them to get around to it. 9.1 seems likely. Hope its not longer.
