I, Slayer of G'huun,

Still kill the average quest mob about the same speed that I did when I first got into heroic dungeon queues.

My character has literally only gotten weaker since Legion from the perception of the world of Azeroth. My character has gone from going toe-to-toe with titans to having to take my time on trash mobs that I pass by mining. Beginning expansion weeks? This is to be expected. At a heroic raid item level? Poor game design.
You think that’s bad?

I don’t kill things any faster no matter how powerful my weapons are.

I could mail myself white gear from a new toon and my time to kill in the Overworld would be the same.
Of course you feel weaker. You were never strong. You just got a scepter capable of destroying the universe, a soul eating scythe that scared Sargeras and a Demo Warlock teacher for a weapon.

And you've lost it all.
Goes fast for me. So, all I can say is...illusion, what are you hiding?

Goes fast for me.
Because it goes fast for a DH at any level, at any scaling.
Yeah, this is a problem. Kind of kills the point of being an RPG at this point. Blizzard needs to kill this ilvl scaling garbage.
Scaling in current content is retarded.

Nope not true. Lower gear levels do suck. But 350+, and on more than just DH, do go quicker.
Take the 326 DH for example...If you’re 359 and seriously saying quest mobs are no change then...something is wrong on your end.

Same, I'm not having the same issues as the OP. Mobs pretty much fall over.

Currently I'm using two iLevel 90 weapons (the Warglaives of Azzinoth, while I'm waiting for Timewalking to let me Transmog them).

There is no difference in killing speed between them and my 340s.

Literally no difference, despite losing something like 50 iLevel from my average.
What I find amusing is when you're going through Boralus and some Scrimshaw thug says "Last mistake you'll ever make".

Beyotch! I killed G'Huun. You think you got what it takes to drop me?

I am not saying I kill things, but I'm saying the rate that I kill things has barely, if at all, changed from 330 to 365 ilvl because of how current max level scaling based on item level works. I shouldn't gear up a toon to still have to put in the same work, otherwise why gear at all?
I'm not sure what you're doing but I definitely feel stronger. I do enough damage to take on packs of enemies that I could not as a fresh 120; for example my warlock (this toon) can get the Arathi quests done super quickly all by herself bc I just aggro huge packs of mobs and aoe them down and kill them. Couldn't do that freshly at 120, and my new 120 alts can't do that either, they just don't have the damage output
I kill !@#$ way faster now than at the beginning of the expansion, I don't know what to tell you, man. Everything wilts.

Something is wrong on your end bud, stuff dies 30% faster, I know because I just got my mage to 350 and compared to my lock mobs die slower.

As Vengeance? Sounds about right. We're slow to kill at the best of times. As Havoc? I'd be pretty surprised if the same were true.
Kind of a kick in the junk to go from facing a Titan with your artifact weapon to wearing a radioactive necklace and being beaten by a pack of quillboars. One of my complaints are the world mobs are too densely packed together. I can barely get my whistle or hearthstone off before something aggroing.

If we're slow to kill at the best of times, then we should be REALLY slow to kill with no weapons.

There is no change in speed. None.

Although, once I get home, I'll see just how low I can bring my iLevel before I start noticing a drop in either survivability or kill speed.
Once I got past 350, mobs started falling quicker and I was able to group-kill as I had been able to during Legion. It was frustrating and some mob groups still surprise me with how fast they can take down my HP, but nothing a little self awareness can't handle.
