I removed error text but still get error sound, how do I fix that?

I do not see the “You can’t cast that yet” or other red text but I still get the woosh error sound, especially when trying to cast while the GCD is not available.

How do I disable that sound?

System > Sounds > Error Sound

That’s Error Speech but it doesn’t stop the GCD or cooldown woosh sound.
