Isnt’ the choice on a toon by toon basis? Meaning if you want to level the regular you can just do it on another alt?

Yes. Choice is per toon and I’m referring to the alt I chose threads of fate for. Its horribly slow and I regret the permanent, irrevocable choice I made for him.
