I really like Soul Harvester

I like it a lot too. It reminds me of the warlock feel from old vanilla and tbc where shadow bolt nightfall procs felt good and shadow bolt actually hit for decent damage.

Good spec blizzard! Well done

I mean I do love soup harvester but for the wrong reasons.

After seeing the Diabolist demons issues. I’m all set with playing with hero talents that have weird cast time on their melee abilities or ones that are randomly going after other targets that I’m not targeting.

The mechanics behind soul harvester seems much more fluid even if it’s empowered hand of guldan and that’s it.

Okay I gave it a fair try and let me tell you, when I came into TWW I thought Hellcaller was going to be my main whether Aff or Destro, but after playing Soul Harvester … I can now officially call myself a “Harvest Buddy” (just something I call us)

I generally zoom in to right behind my warlock. not first person but not all the way out. Unless I need to change my zoom for tactical purposes

Yes, you may be in to close. It was happening when I had a good view of my character. Once I zoomed out more, it was much better visually. I am getting used to being zoomed out a little more. For some reason, I like seeing my character closer… just odd I guess.

There’s no benefit to this, and you’re just tanking your field of view massively. It’s a hindrance in every form of the game.

Now granted, you don’t wanna be SOOOO zoomed out that it becomes a detriment to seeing swirlies or something, but further out is always better than closer.

I’m sorry. I thought the point of view in game is subjective to the player. Please tell me what gives you the right to tell me how I should play my character?

I’m not telling you to do anything, play in first person if you want.

I merely iterated that it is objectively better to play zoomed out.

I don’t care what you personally do lol.

Yeah, I started off as Destro Hellcaller and switched to Affliction Soul Harvester and it feels so much better to me. Feels a lot more “tanky” with my Void Lord for some reason. I really like the aesthetic. It gives actual identity to Affliction in the vein of Gorefiend, imo, which gives more depth to the Warlock class. It really fits well with the shadow theme of TWW too so it’s been fun.

*I do wish they would revert Drain Life though. That does feel bad.

I never said I play first person.
