I kind of dig the playstyle, so I might level my Draccy lady as my 3rd 70, I dunno yet. She’s fun though. 
Honestly, that would make sense, but I somewhat doubt it. They most likely want people to play and enjoy the new class, because they worked so hard on it, but there could be some latent disdain for us always wanting more things, better things, newer things. It wouldn’t surprise me. 
I think when it comes to the flying/soaring issue, Blizz may have just made some weird choices. Who even knows how they operate anymore. A dragon flying around with their wings is a no-brainer, but there’s restrictions on it, so you gotta think…“y tho?” There’s gotta be a reason, I just don’t think any of us know what it is and that’s what’s so frustrating.
Who knows. Maybe they’ll change it all for the better later on and claim it was a gift to the players, lol.
