I did layer 123 of the fracture chambers as well as 123 of the mort’regar chambers.
When I first take the portal to Torghast from inside the maw, I run straight into the hallway and come across a pillar that says “way finder”
I’ve been told to “use the way finder” to get to the Skoldus Hall, however when I click on it, it says “When infused with an attuned shard, this device can open hidden pathways within the tower”
I’m wondering where on earth I get the “attuned shard” and how I can get to Skoldus Hall without the wayfinder?
I tried googling it but nothing came up – just old outdated beta comments.

only two wings of Torghast are open a week, that and the frosty one haven’t come up in the rotation yet and should be next week

there are only 2 halls available each week, 1 upper and 1 lower (and eventually third when endless gets released)
skoldus isn’t up this week, if you’ve got a quest specificaly for there you will have to wait until it rotates in again.

is this from a quest or something, where are you getting this info cuz I don’t remember anything like that.
To get my Arcane Mage memory, Arcane Bombardment, it says the source is a drop from Layer 3 Targhast, Tower of the Damned, in the Skoldus Hall!
ahhhh yeah, you need to complete layer 3 next week. none of us arcane mages have it yet.
so I thought about this a little bit more, and if you are gunning for that power I assume you want to make that legendary, I would actually suggest you NOT make that one first. and heres why, that legendary is arguably our m+ BIS especially on fortified weeks, but its rather lacking otherwise.
I’d suggest going for Arcane Infinity first, its our M+ BIS for tyrannical weeks (and during the first stretch of the season with m6 being the max, tyrannical is going to be the harder of the two since the trash isn’t going to be THAT beefy just yet)
Its also our second best power for raids (by an acceptably small margin) making it by far our best “all round” legendary right now.
you will certainly want arcane bombardment eventually (probably your second one to craft if your focus is M+) and probably temporal warp as well if you do any raiding, but those are a little bit more specialized so they can wait a bit.
(for arcane infinity, its a drop off the manastorms in de other side dungeon, you can usually find blitz groups in group finder that are ONLY killing that boss then resetting in order to farm it efficiently.)
