Very low level. Tanking is great. Need help though.
Any enchants you might recommend for leveling ?
Specific talents?
Change in heirlooms?
You could always pick up one of the newer enchants for your weapon (I don’t think it’d make the job of tanking any easier though, at that level, as the power of the enchant scales down).
I’d recommend Versatile Navigation.
For talents, switch out Spitfire with either of the other two (I prefer Light Brewing because I’m lazy and appreciate the additional charge of ironskin/purifying brew).
I don’t see any problems with your heirlooms.

Honestly BrM just isn’t great at low level because you’re missing so much of your toolkit. It can definitely be done, but before you give up on the class I’d say switch to ww and level up a bit and come back to tanking later if it feels that bad for ya.

I think MW you’ll definitely have a better time, but just keep in mind having to group heal without your mastery will be a little bit of a pain. Besides that though, it should be fun to play and I don’t think there are many low level dungeons where your group will take that much damage together.
Edit: Wrong about the mastery, been awhile since I actually read it or played a low level monk. My bad there.

Vivify automatically heals targets with rem on them in mw spec.
The mw mastery is called gusts of mists and it causes certain heals to get a bonus extra heal on them when they are cast on the target.

Well with that being said, yea MW should play fine in low level dungeons.
You might want to hold off on your alt until 8.1 drops anyway, apparently they are lowering the amount of xp required to level across the board, from a few youtube videos I saw anyway.
