Hello, I bought 3 tokens on a trial toon (48) and bought various items for my twink. However I was not aware that there was a 3 hour time limit thus having 400k gold in items and 130k gold stuck on a locked toon. I have made tickets but I would just like some communication maybe mail it to a different toon for me. I cant fork over $60 to boost this toon
You should probably post this in the Customer Service forum, you’re much more likely to get a response and help with your particular situation there.

flying around to make profession stuff for the toons.
I hope for the best, but Blizzard getting to tell you, “Oooo, sorry, you’re gonna need to pay to unlock that.” is going to be too tempting. I’m sure a GM can fix you up, but will they? I doubt it.

yea iv opened tickets recently and they are not helpful at all , not like they where years ago

I think hes twinks where too low for flying so he made a trial toon

If you did not purchase the game on the trial account, then it’s locked once you ding 20. To unlock it you need to purchase the game.
Trial accounts are strictly for that, trying out the game to see if you like it and want to purchase it.
If your trial account is linked to your main account you might get a GM to move some GD over or credit the tokens, but it’s iffy…
If it’s not linked then they have no way of knowing for sure that it is indeed Your account so it’s doubtful they would do anything.
Bottom line is, if you coughed up $60.00 to buy sub tokens then you should have used that to purchase the game, then sub, or now spend another $60.00 (or however much it currently is) and purchase the game thus unlocking it.
This kind of discriminatory language is not allowed here. Reported.
