High its a great day in azeroth. I really want my fire artifact, I just cant seem to find a guide here that explains how to get
I’m assuming you’ve completed the quest to obtain your first artifact.
If that is the case, then you can go to the Mage order hall. There, you should see an orange exclamation point near the altar (up the stairs from the fountain). Speak to the NPC and they should offer you a quest to obtain your second artifact weapon.
If you have not yet obtained your first artifact weapon, you will be given a quest to do so in the normal course of the introduction quests for Legion. Simply follow along with those until you are offered the chance to select an artifact to obtain.

I cant seem to find the portal to draenar, my class hall is in the’re.
anybody with a portal map, and im maxed on both portal at teleport sry.
The mage class hall is in Broken Isles Dalaran. (The Garrison is on Draenor.) You should have a purple hearthstone that will take you to Broken Isles Dalaran. There is also a portal in Stormwind Keep. (It’s one of the rooms to the left when you first enter the keep, if I recall correctly.)
Legion Mage class hall, called the Hall of the Guardian, is in Legion Dalaran and can only be entered using the Teleport
Hall of the Guardian spelll you learn from the Teleport trainer in Legion Dalaran and your get that after a short quest
it doesn’t look like you’ve done any Legion content on this character. As a boosted character you should still have a Dalaran hearthstone (it’s blue). Use that, it takes everyone to the same spot in Dalaran, run across the street. To get your first artifact weapon after a short quest line.
