Due to health and physical complications, I can’t play my main anymore because it’s too many buttons and too fast paced.
What’s something that is lower APM, or lower button rotation?
I despise easy rotations, but it sadly is what I’m stuck with.

It’s hard to say how it’ll be in TWW, but Dev Evoker has consistently been the lowest in DF. The other classes at the bottom of the APM charts are MM Hunter, Elemental Shaman, and all Warlock specs.

1 button press almost every 2 seconds is wild with how fast the game has become.
@OP, have you looked into accessibility controllers? I don’t know the exact details of your health problems, but they could allow you to play relatively fast/complex classes without straining yourself.

BM hunter is easy to handle.

I recommend Destro lock or Devoker. Very slow-paced compared to most specs, fairly simple to play, yet still fun.

Hey sorry to hear about the health and physical complications, id be upset if i couldn’t play my main anymore but also I’m happy that you can still play the game you love 
Maybe try a rogue or shaman! If its classic then maybe give a mage a try !!! Hope things are manageable for you moving forward and wish you all the best

Interesting. Not sure why they would leave boomy off. It’s not even in the DPS section so they must be pretending they don’t exist in those sims.
But as far as I know, that’s the only place that sims APM…so we get what we get.
Apparently no one plays boomy anymore, not even the sims.

First of all, sympathies.
Beast mastery hunter because the pets will tank for you and keeping them alive is the priority. Things can slow way down when you play this way.
The only other one that I can think of is bear tank, that’s a slow-motion class.

Definitely BM hunter as it’s a very relaxing and fun spec. The pets will tank for you and the rotation is very easy and straightforward. They’re also looking to have even less button bloat (there isn’t a ton to begin with) in TWW.

Keep barbed shot on cooldown. Especially with BW. So it is fully on cooldown before popping it.
Other attacks to weave in wgile everyyhing has a different cooldown timer. And that is just single target. AOE includes keeping beast cleave up.
So the joke/meme that BM is an easy class or spec is wrong.
Actually feel destro lock and evem demo is loads easier. Prot and Ret pally are fairly easy rotations. Same with DH and maybe Fury warrior.

I dont know if your pvp or PVE but tanking might be slow paced enough? If not I do feel like Paladins are super simple lately. If you refuse to do hunters. I think the next easiest are arcane mages but not really the best and I’d say do pve not pvp. nothing is slow paced in pvp.

Woah, what’s up with Prot pally being at the top? Must be the blessed hammer spam coupled with some procs that bring things of cd? Never felt like it was rapid fire. Prot war has always felt that way though.
And Ret is less? Maybe they’re not playing seal of casino (divine purpose) on their ret, cuz it can pretty clicky-clicky
