Well if I really cared I would point out how the story specifically mentions how Fel corrupted Orcs are green and different from Mag’har orcs and how being colorblind has literally nothing to do with knowing that, but I don’t really care that much.

I can read lore, however the shades chosen for orcs all push on green for my eyes and the different shades of things I can’t identify as different from each other. (easier now with colorblind options though).
