I made an Alliance out of spite

After losing dozens of bgs and ebgs, I found the crate farms… So I am gearing up for pvp by not pvp’ing. So I have that going for me, which is nice…

as all my toons are Horde, I thought let me try my one toon that is Ally, no gear, no real experience playing it…see what happens.

I can’t lose a BG. In fact, in 8 bgs I have yet to die. I wish bgs were truly random and not steamrolls or Horde vs Ally, just 10v10, or15v15 . Anyway, i cant see any reason to play Horde as a solo player.

I merc a few times a week to help.

The Alliance solo Q loses a good amount as well you may find.

All my hordees end up deleted…restored…and deleted again. It’s weird.

Quicker ques for the exact same win rate! I play mostly alliance but random bg ques started getting long. Leveled a few hordies with time walking and the ques are amazing. Full honor gear in no time thanks to fast ques.

That plus tauren>>alliance races for looks

I’m guessing you’re playing prime time hours? Regular BGs or epic BGs?

If you play Blitz then your faction doesn’t matter.

Faction balance or lack there of is a slippery slope.

First blizzard changes a racial or some top .1% will figure out some niche way to use it in a broken fashion like shadowmeld.

Then all the players who watch them minmax the tiniest things follow suit despite not even being close enough to their level to justify it.

Then that leads to the beginning of the faction imbalance cause on average more sweats who idolize the top .1 players switched and are playing 1 faction.

That leads to a higher win rate on average and then it only snowballs from there where the other faction switches for a better chance at winning.

It’s happened over and over and over again through out the history of the game. First in bc blood elf was completely broken cause of arcane torrent and the fact that seal of blood was infinitely better than the alliance seal of truth for Paladins and it really wasn’t even up for debate that made horde very dominant.

Then human was broken in wrath that kind of evened out blood elf being op.

Then later in like wod or legion orc became overpowered and then now night elf is overpowered

I have real ID friends on both sides, and it depends when THEY are grouping together whether Alliance or Horde wins.
BTW, is it me or has the PvP community gotten a lot smaller?

Your sig was yummy !

I forgot the exact time windows, but if you play non prime time i believe it is then Horde absolutely dominates, alliance only wins during those primetime hours and even then they usually only win around 75% or so. Outside of those hours its a horde win 9/10 times. Since I usually play outside of prime time, I go merc mode for bgs.

That’s just my experience tho.

My experience is that Horde is trash 24/7.

For The Alliance!

I play Horde exclusively and win plenty. Sure, I get wrecked by Alliance premades, but I’ve seen enough Alliance players on this forum complaining about premades to know that there are probably just as many Horde premades out there.
