That’s what the casuals said of TF.
For me I can handle the design of M+, but that still won’t leave me from questioning the necessity of the timer/race design. Maybe that’s because I’ve been playing Classic a lot more lately and while I wouldn’t say Classic is overly challenging I’ve still found an appreciation for the dungeon crawl theme it promotes. And even if you take it slow in them it can still get out of hand if you do something wrong like pull improperly or let a mob run away or a pat sneaks up behind you. Not to mention you need to manage threat for everyone.
