I too like red meat.

Chicken and turkey is okay on its own but in my opinion it’s boring compared to other meats without some more work.

To all above…

The Sous Vide is your friend. That and a cast iron pan (to finish) are the tools for the perfect steak every time. For pretty much any definition of perfect.

I’ve been cooking maple sausage (diced) in a cast iron skillet then I pour eggs over it and scramble together for a snack @ night… ermgod. so gud.

Also* I put it over a hash brown walmart frozen hash brown patties are divine with shredded cheese.

Takes under 10 mins and is delicious. Quick gaming food tip of the day kids.
